Raze-2

A line of Raze Soldiers

The Raze Program, colloquially known as the Raze Task Force, is the name given to the elite military task-force that appears in Raze and Raze 2. The program was regarded as a highly effective and competent fighting force that produced some of the best soldiers seen in the time it was active, providing them with advanced training regimens, armour and weapons that boosted their combat ability. The program is notable for producing the Raze Soldier, a highly resourceful, resilient and particularly skilled operator who was witness to the end of the 2108 conflict, as well as the 2119 conflict as the last surviving member of the program. After the end of the conflict, the program became extinct as it's last surviving member most likely perished, before being revived a decade later with the Express Raze Training Program.

Overview[]

Raze was the code-name for a elite task force formed in 2108.

In 2108, scientists discovered an "abandoned" alien plant on Earth. Using the technology inside, this enraged the aliens and sent an attack to stop the scientists and kill all human resistance.

Using the technology inside, scientists made an genetically altered group of super-soldiers, code-named Raze. These soldiers were deployed to fight the Alien forces sent on Earth.

However, the Aliens sent a box containing a virus to Earth, spreading the infection far and wide, infecting/killing all of the Raze Soldiers, though the main Raze Soldier is seemingly unaffected.

In Raze 2, it is revealed that the Raze Task Force was actually saved and preserved inside tubes of gel. The Raze Soldier was released early in order to defend against the Aliens, dooming him.
